Why play it
Druids can fill any group role, which makes them the best class for players who hate being locked out of content. The catch is gear competition: feral and caster gear rarely overlap, so plan your loot early.
Leveling reality check
Cat form kills fast with no mana downtime; bear form handles elites. You will rarely need to drink.
Dual spec at 40
Feral covers tanking and melee DPS in one spec; Restoration for healing. Decide your main role before gearing.
